Job summary

Franklin Group is hiring a Groundskeeper to maintain the grounds of the community and support building upkeep. You will perform daily landscaping tasks, assist with make-ready duties, and ensure cleanliness and safety across common areas.

Applicants should be able to operate within OSHA standards, handle equipment, and maintain a professional appearance. Training courses on harassment and safety are required within the outlined timelines after hire.

Qualifications

• Less than high school education; or up to one month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Clean common, amenity and ground areas daily; water and upkeep landscaping; spread salt on public passageways to prevent ice buildup.
• Maintain daily upkeep of community buildings and grounds including cleaning and trash removal.
• Care, maintenance and inventory of supplies and equipment owned by the community and/or company.
• Assist with make-ready and other duties as requested by Maintenance Supervisor or Community Manager.
• Maintain professional appearance and behavior; ensure safety policies are followed.
