Job summary

Franklin Group is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain the grounds of our community, enhancing curb appeal and ensuring safe, clean surroundings. You will perform daily outdoor upkeep, assist with make-ready tasks, and adhere to OSHA and company safety policies.

Ideal candidates have basic experience, a willingness to learn, and are capable of lifting up to 75 pounds. The position is hourly, with pay ranging from $13.60 to $23.52 per hour, depending on experience and property type.

Qualifications

• Less than high school education; or up to one month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Demonstrates ability to perform essential duties and maintain grounds with basic equipment.
• Willingness to follow safety policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Clean common, amenity and ground areas on a daily basis.
• Water and upkeep community landscaping as instructed; spread salt on walkways.
• Rake, sweep, shovel as needed and maintain grounds and buildings.
• Maintain inventory and care of supplies and equipment.
• Follow safety standards and company policies at all times.
