Job summary

You will perform daily cleaning, laundry-like maintenance tasks, and light repairs while upholding company policies and safety standards. Candidates must be able to follow instructions and participate in required trainings within specified timelines.

Qualifications

• Education and/or experience as described.
• Must use PPE and be knowledgeable in safe tool use.
• Language skills: basic reading and speaking.
• Math: basic arithmetic.
• Reasoning: apply common sense to simple instructions.
• Complete required trainings: Fair Housing within 1 day; Harassment and Drug Free Workplace within 7 days.

Responsibilities

• Clean common, amenity and ground areas daily.
• Maintain community buildings and grounds; clean and remove trash.
• Care for supplies and equipment inventory.
• Assist with make-ready and miscellaneous duties.
• Maintain professional appearance and behavior at all times.
• Follow OSHA standards and safety policies.
• Report unsafe conditions and take corrective action.
• Provide courteous, efficient service to residents.
• Know and follow company policies.
• Pursue educational opportunities for growth.
• Perform light maintenance on the property.
