RHP Properties in Farmington Hills provides housing across the country and seeks a Property Maintenance Groundskeeper for the Brookside community near Taylorsville, UT. The role is full-time, performs general grounds and home maintenance, and handles simple repairs to community homes.

Responsibilities include completing work orders, maintaining lawns, trimming hedges, snow removal, and ensuring safety and cleanliness across communal areas.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of maintenance experience preferred.
• HS diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid operator’s license and insurability under company policy.

Responsibilities

• Perform general grounds and lawn maintenance for communities.
• Execute work orders and report status to the Community Manager.
• Maintain community grounds, plant flowers, shrubs, mulch, and weed control.
• Remove garbage and assist with snow removal as needed.
• Ensure safety compliance and proper operation of maintenance equipment.
• Assist in refurbishing community-owned homes and plumbing/electrical repairs as needed.
