Greystar is seeking a property maintenance associate in Katy, TX to maintain grounds, amenities, and curb appeal while supporting the service team. You will inspect the community, clean common areas, assist with make-ready, and handle lock changes and safety compliance.

Strong customer service and flexibility are essential. The role requires the ability to work outdoors in all weather, lift up to 25 lbs (50 with help), and a valid driver’s license for golf-cart operation.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required to operate a golf cart on property.
• Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods and perform physical tasks.
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, 50 lbs with assistance.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Inspect community to keep areas neat and free of litter.
• Remove trash from vacant apartments and prepare for make-ready.
• Assist with routine service requests and make-ready turns.
• Change locks and ensure pool area gates function safely.
• Distribute notices to residents and report hazards.
• Provide courteous resident interactions and respond to complaints.
• Attend safety meetings and complete required safety training.
• Travel to other properties as needed for training or coverage.
