Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Mow lawns and maintain curb appeal, remove debris, keep areas clean.
• Clean homes and RV spaces for sale or occupancy; maintain common areas.
• Perform basic plumbing tasks and repair minor leaks; install appliances.
• Paint touch-ups and repaint cabinets or rooms as needed.
• Use tools safely; maintain equipment and follow safety procedures.
• Assist with loading/unloading and suggest cost-effective on-site materials.
• Communicate with residents and coordinate solutions, including after-hours emergencies.
