Job summary

Monte Christo Communities seeks a diligent groundskeeper/maintenance worker to sustain high standards of landscaping, cleanliness, safety, and upkeep across the park. You will perform mowing, cleaning, basic plumbing, appliance installation, painting, and minor electrical work, while ensuring compliance with company policies.

Responsibilities

• Groundskeeping and curb appeal: mow lawns and remove debris; maintain exterior areas.
• Cleaning and turnover: clean homes and RV spaces; clean common areas.
• Maintenance and repairs: basic plumbing, install appliances, touch-up painting, fix minor electrical issues.
• Equipment, tools, and safety: maintain tools, operate power tools; follow OSHA PPE and safety procedures.
• Logistics and admin support: assist with loading/unloading, manage expenses, submit reports.
• Communication: be available for emergencies and coordinate solutions with residents and team.
