Job summary

Monte Christo Communities is seeking a diligent Groundskeeper to maintain the park’s landscaping, cleanliness, safety, and overall upkeep. You will ensure all areas meet company policies and regulations while modeling the organization’s purpose, values, and standards.

The role covers groundskeeping, cleaning, basic repairs, and coordination with residents and vendors. A High School Diploma or GED and 2+ years of maintenance experience are required.

Qualifications

• Operational expertise in property operations, compliance, and customer service.
• Clear written and spoken communication with residents and vendors.
• Results-oriented with ability to meet deadlines.
• Comfortable using smartphones and digital apps.
• Safety-focused and able to follow PPE and OSHA rules.

Responsibilities

• Mow lawns and maintain grounds to preserve curb appeal.
• Clean homes and RV spaces for sale or occupancy.
• Perform basic plumbing, install appliances, paint touch-ups.
• Operate power tools safely and maintain equipment.
• Assist with loading/unloading and manage on-site materials.
• Coordinate with residents and vendors to solve issues.
