Job summary

Monte Christo Communities is seeking a maintenance professional to keep the community well-maintained, orderly, and compliant with policies and regulations. The role covers groundskeeping, interior cleaning, basic repairs, and coordinating with residents and teams to ensure high standards.

Responsibilities include curb appeal, turnover cleaning for homes and RV spaces, and safe operation of equipment. HS diploma and 2+ years of maintenance experience are expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to operate tools and equipment safely.

Responsibilities

• Mow lawns and perform general groundskeeping to maintain curb appeal.
• Clean homes and RV spaces for sale or occupancy; maintain common areas.
• Perform basic plumbing tasks, repair minor leaks, and install appliances as needed.
• Paint touch-ups and repaint of buildings, cabinets, or rooms.
• Replace light bulbs and fixtures; perform minor electrical tasks.
• Safely operate power tools and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
