Responsibilities

• Mow lawns, remove weeds and debris, and perform general groundskeeping.
• Maintain curb appeal by keeping exterior areas clean and well maintained.
• Clean homes and RV spaces for sale or occupancy and maintain common areas.
• Perform basic plumbing, install appliances, paint, and perform minor electrical tasks.
• Safely operate power tools and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Assist with loading/unloading and expense reporting as needed.
