Job summary

Monte Christo Communities is seeking a Maintenance Worker responsible for maintaining the community’s landscaping and improving curb appeal. Essential functions include performing groundskeeping duties, cleaning homes and common areas, and executing minor repairs.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED and at least 2 years of maintenance experience, demonstrating operational expertise and strong communication skills.

This role offers a pay range of $17‑21.50/hour based on experience, along with various benefits including paid time off and a 401(k) with employer match.
