The Alzheimer’s Association is seeking a Fundraising Manager for the Walk to End Alzheimer’s, the nation’s largest peer-to-peer fundraising event. Based in Cedar Rapids or Iowa City, IA, this full-time role drives revenue by recruiting and coaching volunteers, building corporate partnerships, and leading volunteer committees.

Responsibilities include managing multiple events, hitting revenue goals, and traveling up to 60%.

Qualifications

• Minimum bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years experience in recruiting/ mobilizing volunteers or meeting sales targets.
• Ability to develop corporate relationships and partnerships.
• Strong communication, organization, and travel readiness.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple peer-to-peer fundraising events annually.
• Cultivate and steward corporate and community partnerships to hit revenue goals.
• Recruit, coach, and retain volunteers; build sustainable committees.
• Manage event budgets, timelines, and milestones using data-driven approaches.
• Travel up to 60% within the assigned territory; evenings and weekends as needed.
