Job summary

Walmart in Sarasota, FL seeks a Senior Operations Manager to lead community outreach, store initiatives, and customer service excellence. You will supervise hourly associates, mentor leaders, and ensure adherence to the One Best Way and Walmart values while driving sales and profitability.

You will analyze reports, manage budgets, develop action plans, and partner across teams to deliver EDLP/EDLC strategies with safety and integrity at the forefront.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications: 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• Preferred Qualifications: Supervising Associates - 20

Responsibilities

• Initiates directs and participates in community outreach programs by encouraging associates and managers to engage with the community.
• Models and demonstrates exceptional customer service and supports company-wide programs and initiatives.
• Drives financial performance by achieving sales and profit goals and reviewing PL statements.
