Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Initiates, directs and participates in community outreach programs and champions company initiatives.
• Ensures compliance with policies and procedures and oversees asset protection and safety controls.
• Provides supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates, assigns duties and evaluates performance.
• Models exceptional customer service standards and supports store customer service initiatives.
• Assists store manager in driving financial performance and analyzes PL statements to control expenses.
• Coordinates and oversees job-related activities and maintains relationships with key stakeholders.
