Job summary

Walmart is seeking a store leader to initiate and participate in community outreach, supervise hourly associates, and drive financial performance in Kansas City, MO. Qualifications

• 2 years of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (e.g. Academy trainings, Open Door trainings).

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop hourly associates to meet performance goals.
• Drive financial performance by reviewing PL statements and controlling expenses.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and safety standards; implement action plans to address deficiencies.
• Provide direction and guidance on executing company programs and strategic initiatives.
