Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments.

Responsibilities

• Initiates and participates in community outreach programs, building relationships with key community groups.
• Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and oversees asset protection and safety controls.
• Provides supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates through training, mentoring, and recognition.
