• Lead and develop hourly associates; hire, train, mentor, and provide feedback.
• Drive store financials by achieving sales and profit goals and controlling expenses.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to meet customer and business needs and promote belonging.
• Model exceptional customer service and uphold safety, ethics and integrity standards.
