Responsibilities

• Initiates, directs, and participates in community outreach programs by encouraging associates and managers to engage with the community.
• Models exceptional customer service standards and supports store initiatives to resolve customer needs and improve the experience.
• Assists store manager in driving the financial performance by reviewing PL statements, controlling expenses, and analyzing economic trends for budget forecasting.
• Develops and implements action plans to correct deficiencies in safety, asset protection, and program execution.
