Qualifications

• 2 years of college; OR 1 year retail experience and 1 year supervisory; OR 2 years general work experience and 1 year supervisory.
• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (e.g., Academy trainings, Open Door trainings).

Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop hourly associates in assigned area, including hiring, training, mentoring, assigning duties, evaluating performance and providing recognition.
• Drive the financial performance of the facility by achieving sales and profit goals and controlling expenses.
• Coordinate and oversee job-related activities by building relationships with key stakeholders and communicating goals and objectives.
