Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise hourly associates in assigned area; hire, train, mentor, and assign duties.
• Drive financial performance by monitoring sales and costs; analyze PL statements and implement action plans.
• Ensure compliance with policies; uphold asset protection, safety, and quality standards.
• Develop relationships with key stakeholders and support store initiatives and community programs.
