Formación

• At least 3 years of multifamily property maintenance experience.
• One year of supervisory experience required.
• HVAC and CPO certifications are highly desired.
• Valid Driver’s License is necessary.
• Must be available for on-call and weekend work.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver quality move-in and timely service to residents.
• Oversee the activities of assigned staff and vendors.
• Coordinate and respond to work orders and maintenance requests.
• Inspect and maintain property conditions for safety.
• Manage key control and maintain records of service requests.
