Job summary

The Floating Support Worker role is based in the Vale and is part-time (18hrs) on a permanent contract with Codi Group. The role focuses on housing-related support to help prevent homelessness and supports budgeting, tenancy setup, and access to grants, in a community setting.

You will liaise with external agencies, maintain client files, risk assessments and support plans, and participate in team meetings and training to continually improve service delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering housing-related support or similar welfare services.
• Ability to budget, assist with rent arrears and tenancy setup.
• Empathy, strong communication and privacy-respecting approach.
