Job summary

CSPNJ is a mental health nonprofitthat hires a full-time Support Worker to provide direct support, skill development, and community linkages for residents with psychiatric or substance use disabilities. Under the Supportive Housing Coordinator, the role is field-based (70–80%), meeting residents on service plans and assessing needs.

Responsibilities include timely progress notes and adherence to regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a mental health related discipline preferred.
• High School diploma with 3+ years of related work or lived experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support and skill development to residents.
• Link residents to community resources and services.
• Meet residents in the field (70–80%) to work on service plans and assess needs.
• Complete progress notes compliant with regulatory standards.
