Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC in West Palm Beach, FL is seeking an on-site Assistant Property Manager to support the Community Manager by handling day-to-day financial operations, rent collection, invoicing, and reporting.

You will use Yardi/OneSite/Entrata to record transactions, reconcile accounts, and prepare monthly close-outs, while ensuring lease compliance and strong resident service. This role requires attention to detail and good communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field is preferred.
• Experience in residence life or property management helpful.
• Strong written and verbal communication; detail-oriented and self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Collects rent and notices, posts payments, and processes invoices.
• Operates property management software (Yardi/OneSite/Entrata) and records transactions accurately.
• Reviews resident files, enforces lease terms, and handles delinquency collections.
• Reviews and submits vendor invoices, negotiates approvals, and codes charges.
• Supports evictions per legal requirements and processes move-outs.
• Maintains resident satisfaction by addressing questions and service issues.
