Qualifications

• Education: Less than high school, or up to one month related experience.
• Language skills: Read simple words and basic numbers; speak simple sentences.
• Math skills: Add/subtract two-digit numbers and multiply/divide by 10s/100s.
• Reasoning ability: Apply common sense to follow instructions; handle basic problems.

Responsibilities

• Prepare vacant units for occupancy and keep vacancies fresh and odorless.
• Clean model apartments and common areas daily as scheduled.
• Clean leasing office, amenities, laundry facilities and other common areas.
• Maintain supplies and equipment; report unusual circumstances.
• Adhere to OSHA standards and company safety policies; maintain professional appearance.
