Qualifications

• Education and/or Experience: Less than high school education; or up to one-month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read a limited number of two- and three-syllable words and basic numbers. Ability to speak simple sentences.
• MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers and to multiply and divide by 10's and 100's.
• REASONING ABILITY: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
• TRAINING, CERTIFICATES, DESIGNATIONS: Fair Housing must be completed within 1 day of hire. Preventing Sexual Harassment, Workplace Harassment and Drug Free Workplace courses must be completed within 7 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Obtain list of vacant units to be cleaned and prepare work assignments.
• Prepare vacant units for occupancy and keep vacancies fresh.
• Clean model apartment(s) on schedule.
• Clean the leasing office, amenity areas, laundry facilities and common areas daily or as scheduled.
• Maintain daily upkeep of the clubhouse and common areas.
• Care for supplies and equipment and inventory.
• Report unusual circumstances and maintain professional appearance and attitude.
