Morgan Group is seeking a Leasing Consultant in Tarpon Springs, FL to support daily community operations and leasing activities. You will assist with resident relations, show units, process applications, and help maintain a welcoming, professional on-site office environment.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in property management, strong customer service and sales skills, and are comfortable using property management software and standard office tools. This is a full-time on-site role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the property management industry or equivalent.
• Strong customer service and marketing skills.
• Ability to interact well with coworkers, residents, vendors and the public.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Community Manager in day-to-day operations to achieve professional standards.
• Maintain office and resident files in a confidential and secure manner.
• Lease and market the community, manage tours, and close leads.
• Collect rent timely and monitor borrower and resident payments.
• Ensure fair housing practices and high resident satisfaction.
