Workbox Holdings, Inc. is seeking a full-time Community Manager in Minneapolis, MN to lead daily community operations, engage members, and collaborate with sales to promote member success. You will host tours, oversee events, and ensure a welcoming, well‑run environment.

The role emphasizes member engagement, cross-team collaboration, and a high level of guest service in a fast-paced workspace setting.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in facility management, customer service, hospitality, coworking, or community engagement.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build genuine relationships.
• Proactive problem-solver who takes initiative in a dynamic workspace.
• Highly organized with time management and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with light cleaning duties and maintaining a neat environment.
• Passion for entrepreneurship and creating an inclusive, collaborative space.
• Familiar with workspace technology (booking systems, CRM platforms, communication tools).

Responsibilities

• Provide quality customer service to members, guests and prospective customers.
• Manage day-to-day community operations and drive member engagement and events.
• Conduct tours for new members and onboard them with space setup and rules.
• Coordinate member events and foster connections within the community.
• Maintain clean, functional spaces and manage mail/deliveries.
• Oversee room bookings, vendor relations, and budget adherence.
