Workbox Holdings, Inc. in Salt Lake City is seeking a full-time Community Manager to lead day-to-day operations, partner with sales for member acquisition, and foster a vibrant, collaborative workspace.

You will greet members, host tours, coordinate events, manage vendor relations, and uphold service standards to deliver best-in-class experiences for member companies.

This role requires 3–5 years in hospitality, coworking, or facilities, a Bachelor's degree, and a passion for entrepreneurship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent.
• 3–5 years in facility management, hospitality, coworking, or community engagement preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organized with excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with light cleaning duties and maintaining a well-kept environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality customer service to members and guests.
• Onboard new members, conduct tours, and manage orientation.
• Coordinate events and community engagements.
• Manage conference room bookings and vendor relations.
• Ensure space cleanliness and safety standards are upheld.
