Job summary

Workbox seeks a full-time Community Manager in Minneapolis, MN to lead member experience, tours, events, and daily operations. The role focuses on delivering a best-in-class customer experience and maintaining an energetic, inclusive community.

You will partner with sales and operations to drive member engagement, manage facilities, and support the growth of startups across the Workbox network.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in facility management, customer service, hospitality, coworking, or community engagement.
• Experience with multi-site operations.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and relationship-building.
• Organized with strong time management and multitasking.
• Comfortable with light cleaning and maintaining a well-kept environment.
• Passionate about entrepreneurship and inclusive communities.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer service to members, guests, and prospective customers.
• Onboard new members, conduct space tours, manage orientation and access.
• Drive member engagement through events and networking opportunities.
• Coordinate and manage meeting room bookings and space operations.
• Collaborate with sales and operations to ensure consistent member experience.
• Maintain budgets and manage vendor relationships to support space operations.
