The Idea Kitchen is a coworking, meeting, and event space in the heart of Larchmont, NY. We are seeking a Community Manager to be the face of the space, ensuring members are looked after and the space runs smoothly from open to close.

You will wear many hats—as concierge, problem-solver, tour guide, and host—building strong relationships with members and guiding day-to-day operations, events, and growth initiatives.

Qualificações

• Customer-facing experience in hospitality, retail, real estate, sales, or similar service.
• 18+, legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Basic financial literacy (billing, invoicing, reporting).
• Comfortable being on your feet and moving around the space throughout the day.
• Genuine, low-ego willingness to do whatever the space needs that day.

Responsabilidades

• Greet members and guests by name and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.
• Keep the space tidy and guest-ready: common areas, kitchen, restrooms, reception.
• Proactively check in with members to address issues before they escalate.
• Resolve member issues calmly and know when to escalate.
• Plan and run community events and small touches that make the space feel like their space.
• Handle tasks like restocking supplies and coordinating with cleaning/maintenance.
