Job summary

WeWork is seeking a Community Associate to be the friendly on-site face of the building. You will cover front desk hours, welcome members, answer questions, and help manage events, mail, and building operations with a focus on hospitality and community engagement.

You'll engage with members, sign-in guests via Welkio, coordinate with the Community Management team, and support programs that connect members. A four-year degree is preferred, and strong communication is essential for success in this

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work with a team in a hospitality setting.

Responsibilities

• Front Desk Management: greet members/guests, sign-in via Welkio, and be an on-site contact.
• Events & Engagement: support programming, promote events, and connect members.
• Building Operations: manage mail, keys, and facility-related tasks per policies.
