YMCA of Metropolitan Chicago is seeking a Manager of Community Experience to oversee and elevate community engagement initiatives. You will build strong relationships, ensure exceptional experiences, and promote the YMCA's mission of youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility in Chicago.

This leadership role leads a team, partners with community leaders, and measures impact to improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Relations, Social Work, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in community engagement or nonprofit sector.
• Experience leading teams and managing community initiatives.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance community engagement.
• Collaborate with community leaders and partners to identify opportunities.
• Lead and manage community events and programs aligned with the YMCA mission.
• Monitor and evaluate engagement initiatives to improve outcomes.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging.
• Manage and mentor a team of community experience professionals.
• Prepare reports on activities and outcomes for senior management.
• Stay informed of trends to continuously improve engagement strategies.
• Ensure compliance with YMCA policies in interactions and events.
