Job summary

TAM Residential is seeking an Assistant Community Manager for Hampton Courts in Columbia, SC. You will support daily operations, leasing activities, and financial administration to ensure resident satisfaction and property performance.

You will work closely with the Community Manager to maintain occupancy, handle inquiries, process applications, and coordinate marketing efforts. A driver’s license is required and Entrata experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of Multi-Family Property Management or Leasing experience.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Proficiency with Entrata or similar property management software.
• Ability to operate in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with leasing efforts and conduct tours with prospective residents.
• Process applications and coordinate renewals.
• Manage rent collections, delinquencies and notices.
• Support resident relations and coordinate move-ins/outs.
