TAM Residential in Columbia, SC is seeking a Leasing Professional for Hampton Courts. You will greet prospects, tour the community, explain lease terms, and guide applicants through the leasing process with professionalism.

You will maintain a welcoming office, track leasing activity, and support retention efforts while upholding Fair Housing laws and high service standards. The role requires strong customer service and organizational skills in a busy property management office.

Competenze

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic proficiency with computers and property management software.
• Experience with Entrata is a plus
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with diverse populations.
• Ability to handle formal complaints and escalate as needed.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Must maintain a valid driver’s license and driving record.

• Maintain the leasing office and model apartments to high standards of cleanliness and professional appearance.
• Ensure an adequate supply of leasing materials and marketing aids.
• Greet, qualify, and tour prospects; present features and benefits to secure leases.
• Handle phone and email inquiries with prompt follow-up.

• Explain lease agreements and policies to residents.
• Verify move-in documentation and coordinate move-in dates.
• Generate and use leasing reports daily, weekly, monthly.
