Job summary

WeWork is seeking a Community Lead to elevate the member experience at our Boston location. You will report to the location team and ensure we meet member needs while upholding WeWork standards.

Your role includes curating events, facilitating introductions for business opportunities, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for members and guests. Your responsibilities cover membership engagement, move-in/out processes, events, building operations, safety, and sales support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 2+ years of hospitality experience.
• Proficient local language and understanding of local culture required.
• Excellent interpersonal and networking skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organization skills with the ability to multitask projects from start to finish.
• You are attentive to detail and manage tasks efficiently and effectively.
• You enjoy and thrive at continually growing relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide elevated member experience and respond to members' needs at the WeWork location.
• Support move-in/out processes and onboarding for new members.
• Plan, host and evaluate events to foster community and engagement.
• Oversee building operations, safety, security and energy management.
• Assist Sales and Growth teams by guiding tours and member conversations.
• Communicate policy updates and building issues to members and teams.
