Job summary

WeWork in Bellevue, WA is seeking a Community Lead who delivers elevated member experiences at the location. You will report to the building team and curate events, welcome guests, and connect members for business opportunities while upholding WeWork standards.

The role emphasizes proactive member support, move-in/out processes, desk coverage, tours, safety and building operations, and strong communication with the Growth and Events teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hospitality experience or equivalent.
• Excellent interpersonal and networking abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask across projects.
• Attention to detail and task efficiency.
• Enjoys building and growing relationships with members.

Responsibilities

• Deliver elevated member experiences at the WeWork location.
• Manage member needs and uphold WeWork standards.
• Plan and host events to engage members and foster community.
• Support front desk operations and building coverage during business hours.
• Coordinate with Sales, Growth, and Events teams on member needs and initiatives.
• Ensure safety, operations, and policies are followed within the building.
