Job summary

WeWork in Miami is seeking a Community Lead to elevate the member experience at the location. You will report to the building leadership and ensure WeWork standards are met, while driving a high-quality member experience through events, introductions, and a welcoming environment for members and guests.

The role includes move-in and move-out coordination, onboarding materials, and collaboration with Sales and Operations to maintain community health.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in hospitality or related role.
• Excellent interpersonal and networking skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Engage and retain members through curated events and introductions.
• Coordinate move-in/move-out activities and onboarding for new accounts.
• Support field events planning and execution to build community.
• Assist with building operations, safety, and guest experience.
• Provide tours to prospective members and relay information to Sales.
