Job summary

Sinclair, Inc. is seeking a Special Projects Specialist to help execute contests, community and station events. You will coordinate plans, ensure alignment with ACCET brand guidelines, and support content creation and on-site activities.

In this role you will work with partners, stations, and internal teams to schedule events, develop materials, and manage promotional content while maintaining timelines and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in coordinating events and projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple timelines, logistics and deadlines.
• Experience communicating with community partners and stakeholders.
• Cross-collaboration with sales, marketing, social, news and production teams.

Responsibilities

• Meet with community partners and stations to review events.
• Develop plans to execute events and initiatives in the region.
• Collaborate on internal and external communications (press releases, sales previews, staff updates).
• Coordinate with legal to develop contest rules for local promotions.
• Log project requests in Workfront for promos, PSAs, contests, etc. and produce content elements.
• Assist in planning school sports production across ACCET, including scheduling and on-site support.
