Job summary

Sinclair is seeking a Special Projects Specialist to drive community engagement across ACCET initiatives. You will coordinate events, contests, and promotional content, ensuring alignment with brand and guidelines.

The role involves planning, content development, and collaboration with sales, marketing, social, news, and production teams. You will manage timelines, coordinate with partners, and assist in on-site event activities, including pre-taped segments and production support across ACCET

Qualifications

• Event and project coordination experience
• Ability to coordinate multiple events and deadlines
• Strong communication with community partners and stakeholders
• Experience collaborating with sales, marketing, social, news and production teams
• Attention to detail and creative problem-solving
• Proficiency with Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Meet with community partners and stations to review events.
• Develop plans to execute events and initiatives in the region.
• Create internal and external communications (press releases, sales reels, employee notes).
• Work with legal to develop contest promotion rules.
• Enter projects into Adobe Workfront for promos and PSAs.
• Provide content creation elements for campaigns.
• Assist in planning high school sports production region-wide.
