Job summary

David Street Station in Casper, Wyoming seeks an Event and Community Engagement Coordinator to plan and execute community events, manage logistics, and develop marketing strategies. Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute community events throughout the year
• Manage event logistics, vendor communication, volunteer coordination, and event setup
• Lead the physical setup and teardown of events, including moving tents, barricades, tables, signage, and other event equipment
• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that includes the promotion of events, programs and fundraising initiatives through traditional media, digital media, social media and printed materials
• Build and maintain positive relationships with sponsors, community partners, volunteers, and guests
• Represent David Street Station in a professional, welcoming, and enthusiastic manner
• Support the day-to-day operations of the organization as needed
