Job summary

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in event coordination, strong Google Suite and Asana skills, and a proven ability to manage multiple projects with attention to cost and quality. Some evenings/weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years in event coordination, hospitality, or related role.
• Experience managing vendors and coordinating logistics.
• Proficiency in Google Suite and Asana or event management tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute company events, including employee gatherings and special programs.
• Coordinate logistics: venue, catering, materials, timelines, registration, setup, and post-event wrap-up.
• Support community outreach initiatives across locations and reflect company values in events.
• Manage vendor relationships, obtain quotes, track budgets, and ensure timely delivery of materials.
