Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 2 years in events/administration.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Experience coordinating events and managing volunteers.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage annual calendar of social events.
• Coordinate venue, vendors, and volunteers.
• Develop and manage event budgets and income reconciliation.
• Oversee community groups, staff, and recreation programs.
• Maintain website and community newsletters.
• Schedule and coordinate community programming.
• Work events including nights, holidays, weekends.
• Assist Lifestyle Manager with reports and board meetings.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
