Job summary

Inframark is seeking a Lifestyle Coordinator to plan social events and assist with recreational programming for master-planned communities. You will handle administrative duties, budgeting, and coordination of staff and volunteers, while ensuring exceptional customer service and community engagement.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED with 2 years in events/administration, and may involve working nights, holidays, and weekends as part of a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED and 2 years of experience in events and administration.
• Shift/Days: Monday – Friday; 8 am – 5 pm; includes working nights, holidays and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize annual calendar of social events and activities.
• Coordinate budgets and reconcile income for classes, events, and rentals.
• Manage community groups and volunteers; oversee event staff.
• Maintain website; prepare community newsletters and event fliers.
• Support programming, scheduling and coordination of community events.
