Job summary

Beacon Bank Foundation seeks an organized program manager to lead community engagement initiatives and support charitable giving efforts. The role collaborates with colleagues to implement programs and events that benefit the communities the bank serves.

You will oversee the Colleague Volunteer Program, CRN activities, and the Financial Wellness Program, coordinating with internal teams and external partners while driving impact and engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• 3-5 years administrative and/or operational experience in business or non-profit.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Manages the Colleague Volunteer Program, guiding Regional Volunteer Councils.
• Oversees administrative aspects of the Volunteer Program and reporting.
• Coordinates Colleague Resource Network activities, scheduling and events.
• Manages Beacon Bank’s Financial Wellness Program and delivery tracking.
• Collaborates with stakeholders to promote Foundation and Bank programs.
• Manages vendor relationships and Blackbaud CSR Connect usage.
• Represents the Foundation and Bank at events and on approved boards when needed.
• Supports CRA service goals related to volunteerism.
