Associated Bank is seeking a Voice of the Colleague Program Manager to transform employee feedback into clear narratives that inform strategy, strengthen culture, and align priorities with growth. You will ensure colleagues feel heard and inspired to contribute by connecting feedback to business outcomes.

You will partner with leaders to communicate progress, manage the Idea Central intranet, and analyze engagement trends to drive action across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Communications, HR, Business, or related field.
• 2+ years in employee communications or HR.
• 2+ years in writing and storytelling.
• 2+ years in digital content and intranet platforms.
• Strong writing and storytelling skills; translate feedback into messages.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Create and deliver enterprise-wide communications sharing employee feedback themes and responses.
• Publish 'you said, we did' content showing how feedback influences decisions.
• Translate feedback into engaging narratives about experiences, priorities, and direction.
• Partner with leaders to communicate progress on engagement initiatives.
• Manage day-to-day operations of the Idea Central intranet page, including updates and polls.
• Analyze feedback trends from surveys, culture assessments, town halls, interviews, and other channels.
• Compile and present feedback data for reporting on engagement and outcomes.
• Track participation across channels and identify opportunities to improve the colleague experience.
