Job summary

Beacon Bank Foundation in Massachusetts seeks a Foundation Operations Manager within the Executive division to oversee community engagement programs, volunteer coordination, and partnerships, enabling strong community impact.

The role includes managing volunteer programs, CRN activities, and financial wellness initiatives, coordinating with internal stakeholders, and representing the Foundation at events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• 3-5 years administrative and/or operational experience in business or with a non-profit organization.
• Experience in volunteer coordination.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to balance multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Manages the Colleague Volunteer Program, providing support and guidance to members of the Regional Volunteer Councils.
• Oversees administrative aspects of the Volunteer Program including record-keeping and reporting.
• Coordinates and supports Colleague Resource Network (CRN) activities and operations under the direction of management.
• Coordinates Beacon Bank’s Financial Wellness Program, including online digital offering and curriculum used in delivery of financial education.
• Promotes internal and external awareness of the Bank and Foundation programs.
• Manages Vendor Relationships and Strategic Partnerships. Serves as point person for Blackbaud CSR Connect software.
• Serves as back-up to the Director of Foundation & Charitable Giving in representing the Foundation and Bank in the community by attending and/or speaking at events and serving on approved Boards, committees and special projects in the regions served by the Bank.
• Helps ensure the Bank achieves Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) service goals as it relates to volunteerism.
