Greensboro Jewish Federation seeks an Outreach & Engagement Manager to create pathways for individuals and families to connect with Jewish life through programs, partnerships, volunteer initiatives, and scholarships.

The role leads PJ Library programs, coordinates with synagogues and partners, and manages engagement data, festivals, and community initiatives to build a vibrant, inclusive Jewish community in Greensboro.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with volunteers, community partners, and colleagues.
• Experience with databases, registration systems, and digital tools used to manage programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement outreach programs that connect people to Jewish life and Federation activities.
• Identify newcomers and build referral pathways with community partners.
• Coordinate with synagogues and partners to plan and execute joint programs.
• Recruit, engage, and support volunteers and lay leaders in outreach initiatives.
• Maintain accurate engagement data in Federation's database and track program participation.
• Lead family engagement strategies including PJ Library and PJ Our Way, with partnerships.
