Job Overview

Community Engagement staff will work with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their family homes and in the community. Hours may be up to 10 per shift, scheduled at the family's convenience, and staff may travel between homes.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with light house cleaning, meal preparation, and personal hygiene.
• Transport clients to community activities and appointments.
• Teach life skills and provide support for residential and community engagement.
• Support respite, PAC, DHI, and transportation services as required.

• 18 years or older.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Previous experience preferred (caregiver, CNA, DSP, or similar).
• Compassionate, reliable, and able to work independently.
