AID of Indiana is seeking Community Engagement staff for a part-time role focused on supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their homes and communities. This position requires compassion, reliability, and the ability to work independently.
Training is provided and paid, and the pay rate is $16.25 per hour. Staff will assist clients in daily activities, including light housekeeping and meal preparation.

Community Engagement staff to work with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their family homes and out in the community.
Community engagement staff may work up to 10 hour shifts per the family's schedule. Shifts may be scheduled any day of the week. You may work with multiple families, and driving from one home to the next is possible.
Full‑time benefits include health, life, dental, and vision insurance as well as 401(k) match. Referral bonuses, Employee of the Month ($100), and House of the Month ($75 per person) bonuses are offered to all staff.
All training and certification is provided and paid for by AID of Indiana. You’ll be on the clock as soon as you start training.
$16.25 per hour.
We have offices in Fort Wayne and Muncie but provide services to individuals throughout Indiana. Available positions vary based on location.
